Savannah MOB, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Memorial Medical Building, a development consisting of 75,000 sq. ft., 4-story medical office building located at 4700 Waters Avenue in the President Street Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 3. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 18.25 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $70,262.50 is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
