Victory Apartments Owner, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Aventon Victory Drive, a development consisting of 280 apartment units located at 1795 Wicklow Street in the President Street Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 3. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 134.5 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $517,825 is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
