Coldwater Development, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 11303 Abercorn Car Wash Facility, a development consisting of a car wash located at 10300 Abercorn Street in the Wilshire Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 6. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 25.39 water and 25.33 sewer equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $38,800 is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
