Wilmington Island Partners, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Wilmington Island Marina Phase 1, a development consisting of 310 apartment units, a restaurant and a marina located at 612 Wilmington Island Road in the Wilmington Island service area in unincoporated Chatham County. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 152.4 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $735,330 is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
