SHDC, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Savannah Highlands Phase 8, a development consisting of 60 single family homes located at 610 Highlands Boulevard in the Crossroads Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 60 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $366,000 is based on the proposed water consumption. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
