The dump trucks will be utilized by the Water Reclamation Division and Street Cleaning Division. Description

This contract is to procure three (3) dump trucks with 13.5-15.2 cubic yard dump bodies from Freightliner of Savannah in the amount of $794,145. The dump trucks will be utilized by the Water Reclamation Division and Street Cleaning Division. The new trucks will be replacing vehicles # 2831, #8892, and 5722, which are planned FY23 replacements. 

 

Freightliner of Savannah was not the lowest bidder, but they were the only bidder that provided a bid proposal for all three (3) trucks that met or exceeded the bid specifications.

 

The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidders were:
