This is a contract renewal for EnerGov software with Tyler Technologies in the amount of $171,143. The Department of Innovation + Technology Services (ITS) will use EnerGov to track permitting and inspection activities of various City departments. Participating departments include Development Services, Traffic Engineering, Film and Permitting Services, Savannah Police, and Savannah Fire. The solution also provides online payment submittal and payment for permits. The software maintenance includes support for the City’s enterprise permitting and planning and is used to provide user and software support, training, configuration, implementation, and Project Management resources.

This is a sole source procurement as Tyler Technologies is the original manufacturer of the EnerGov software and is the only vendor that can perform maintenance and support on its product. This software maintenance period will be from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
