| Description Recommend approval to award a lease agreement for the Liberty Street Parking Lot to Old Savannah Tours, Inc. This action will generate revenue in the amount of $102,012. The 18 space parking lot is located at the corner of Old Liberty Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The method used for this procurement was the request for proposals (RFP) which evaluates criteria in addition to cost. The criteria used for this RFP were qualifications and experience, technical capabilities, references, local vendor participation, and fees. The term of the agreement shall be from June 6, 2019 through June 5, 2024. | |
