AECOM proposes to perform work on City property, namely at the Fell Street Pump Station, in assistance to their client, Central of Georgia Railroad Company, in order to address an environmental matter.  AECOM has provided an "Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement and Covenant Not to Sue" to protect the City's Mayor and Aldermen.  This agreement differs from those in the recent past, as it includes the wet well of the pump station for removal of accumulations of material that AECOM sees fit to remove.  Therefore this is a new agreement, which supersedes the existing hold harmless agreement.
