Recommend approval to procure an annual maintenance agreement for Kiteworks from Accellion, Inc. in the amount of $29,700.00. Kiteworks is a private, cloud-secure, content collaboration platform that enables organizations to share their content with external partners seamlessly, with the highest levels of security and control. The City uses this service for file transfers and sharing with both City staff and external requesters. This is a sole source because Kiteworks is the original software manufacturer and is the only known supplier of this service.  It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when it is necessary.

The agreement will be from January 18, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
