| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for Mitel telephones with CNP Technologies in the amount of $80,437.58. The Information Technology Department uses the Mitel cloud-based communication system that allows for the use of desk phones, VoIP phones, wired and wireless solutions with audio, web and video conferencing capabilities. The maintenance agreement covers the City’s Mitel branded equipment and licenses which also includes software upgrades and engineer assistance with configuration as needed. This is a Sole Source agreement because CNP Technologies is the provider of the phone system and is the sole vendor that can provide maintenance on the current equipment. S.S CNP Technologies (Charlotte, NC)(D) $80,437.58 (D) Indicates non-local, non-DBE business.
