| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for environmental compliance services with Atlantic Coast Consulting, Inc(B) for up to $65,000. The Sanitation Department uses this contract to provide general environmental compliance management, reporting and monitoring to ensure that the Dean Forest Road Landfill is in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and existing permits. The original contract was bid and approved by Council on January 3, 2019. This is the second of three renewal options available.
