| Title 36. Motion to Award Construction Contract for Eastern Wharf Dock Repairs to Myrick Marine Contracting Corp. (Event No. 6767) | |

| Description Recommend approval to award a construction contract for Eastern Wharf Dock repairs to Myrick Marine Contracting Corp. in the amount of $372,028.55. This project will repair and replace the remaining floats at the Eastern Wharf site formerly known as the Savannah River Landing. Floats that are salvageable will be retained while the remaining floats will be replaced with new wave attenuating floats. In addition this project will attach the second gangway to the dock, that was removed due to damage. The DBE goal for this project was waived by the Office of Business Opportunity due to the highly specialized nature of this project and the absence of qualified DBE subcontractors | |
