| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 1 to McWaters, Inc. in the amount of a reduction of $3,659.95. The original contract was to provide furniture to furnish the administrative spaces and offices in new Cultural Arts Center. The bid package was based on drawings of the Cultural Arts Center. Upon confirmation of actual built room sizes, several items were required to be removed or modified. The original contract was approved by Council on August 8, 2018 in the amount of $97,188.69. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $93,528.74. | |
