Recommend approval to award an annual contract for janitorial services for Savannah Police Department from Imagann Cleaning Service in the amount of $152,880. This annual contract will provide janitorial services for Savannah Police Department Headquarters, Northwest Precinct, Central Precinct, Southside Precinct, Administrative Services Building, K-9 Unit, Professional Development Center, Eastside Precinct, Northwest Sub-Station, Office of Professional Standards, and Travis Field. Services will encompass approximately 151,548 square feet. The City is currently using month-to-month agreements with several different janitorial contractors. 

The method used for this procurement was the request for proposals (RFP) which evaluates criteria in addition to cost.  The criteria used for this RFP were qualifications and experience, methodology/project approach, references, LDBE vendor participation, local vendor participation, and fees.

The Office of Business Opportunity assigned an open goal with a total of 5 points going to LDBE. The responses for participation were scored by the Office of Business Opportunity.

The contract term shall be January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
