| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 1 for the purchase of additional smallwares for the Enmarket Arena under the State of Orgeon contract #9500 from Bargreen Ellingson in the amount of $51,518. This amount is included in the Arena Project Budget. Smallwares will be used for food preparation and service. The modification is necessary to procure chafer dishes, which were not part of the original smallwares bid in October. This procurement was made through a state contract using the State of Oregon contract # 9500. Cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method in Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance. Contract modification No. 1 of $51,518 would increase the total to $322,089. (D) Indicates non-local, non-DBE business. | |
