| Description This contract is for Entrepreneurial Center repairs from RL Construction Group Inc. in an amount not to exceed $461,920. The Capital Projects Department will use the services to make repairs at the Entrepreneurial Center. This project provides necessary repairs to the building envelope specifically including new roofing, new windows, and exterior masonry repairs to address water infiltration issues. Repairs have been designed to reflect the historic value of the building. The bid was advertised, opened, and reviewed. This event had a 20% DBE goal, and 10% LDBE, which the recommended vendor met by sub-contracting 22% with E&D Contracting Services(A). Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: As needed.
