Motion to Award Annual Contract for Elevator Servicing to Georgia Elevator Company (Event No. 5273)
Recommend approval to award an annual contract for elevator servicing and maintenance to Georgia Elevator Company dba as Oracle in the amount of $122,560.00. This contract will be used by the Building and Electrical Maintenance Department to provide maintenance to City-owned elevators. This contract includes routine and emergency maintenance of 28 elevators at 16 City locations.
The contract term will be from September 28, 2017 through December 31, 2017.
