Description

Godley Station Enterprises, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Brookline Subdivision Phase 2, a development consisting of 47-single family homes of Highlands Boulevard in the Godley West service area in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 47-equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $202,805 shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
