| Description Recommend approval to procure the replacement of mobile data terminals from Arc, Inc. in the amount of $431,232.84. This is a cooperative purchase off of the U.S. Communities Cooperative Contract. Panasonic was awarded this contract that was solicited by the City of Tucson, Arizona for the U.S. Communities Cooperative. The contract number is 171725-01-Mobile Computing Solutions Including Ruggedized Laptops, Tablets, Accessories and Related Technology Products and Services. The original contract term is October 11, 2017 through October 10, 2019. The Information Technology Department will be purchasing 111 Panasonic CF-33 MDT, 6 Panasonic CF-54 MDT, and 50 Keyboard and Desktop Docks. This will also include 111 vehicle dock adaptors. The mobile data terminals will be used by the City of Savannah Police Department. | |
