| Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute an annual contract with SouthEastern Air for HVAC Maintenance at the President Street and Regional Plants in the amount of $40,000. This contract will be used by the Public Works and Water Resources Department for HVAC maintenance at the President Street and Regional Plants. This project was not identified as an SBE project because the requirement of three certified SBEs could not be met at the time this bid was released. The contract term shall be from September 26, 2019 through December 31, 2020. | |
