Description The Petitioner requests an amendment to the Future Land Use Map (FLUM), changing the designation of the 0 Fort Argyle Road parcel from Planned Development to Commercial-Regional, to align with a proposed rezoning from P-B-C (Planned Community Business) under Chatham County jurisdiction to B-C (Community Business) under the City of Savannah. This FLUM and zoning map amendment, in coordination with annexation, would allow for commercial development on the subject property. | |
Recommendation On August 26, 2025, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request to amend the FLUM from Planned Development to Commercial-Regional to reflect commercial uses consistent with the configuration of the development proposal. | |
