Description The Petitioner requests consideration of a zoning map amendment for two parcels located at 0 Fort Argyle Road and 5 West Gateway Boulevard. The request proposes to rezone the properties from P-B-C (Planned Community Business) under Chatham County jurisdiction to B-C (Community Business) under the City of Savannah zoning ordinance, in coordination with the proposed annexation into the City.

Recommendation On August 26, 2025, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed rezoning of the subject properties from P-B-C to B-C, subject to the following conditions to address wetland preservation, stormwater management, and traffic concerns:
