This final contract modification with Ethos Preservation, LLC in the amount of $50,000 is for additional services required due to added scope and the extension of contract administration during Phase III of the City Hall Restoration Project.

The initial contract with Ethos Preservation, LLC, in the amount of $490,395.00, was specifically intended to cover design services associated with the first phase of the City Hall restoration project. Previous modifications in the amounts of $49,410.00 and $70,000.00 were approved to support the second and third phases of the project. During Phase 3, additional services were required due to additional scope and the extension of contract administration. These services included additional construction administration, an ADA assessment of the building, a fountain assessment, and other design changes associated with the project.

This final contract modification will increase the total contract amount with Ethos Preservation, LLC to $659,805.00 and will complete the additional services provided during the project.
