Description Notification of emergency purchase to procure nineteen Police Vehicles from Brannen Motor Company in the amount of $691,600. Fleet Services has located nineteen police vehicles at Brannen Motor Company that are being sold on a first come first served basis. Due to current supply chain issues impacting the availability of vehicles, if the police vehicles were not purchased the lead time would increase substantially. These vehicles will replace the nineteen vehicles previously approved by Council on February 24, 2022, that was canceled by the supplier due to supply chain issues. The emergency purchase was approved by the City Manager on September 15, 2022. Terms: Net 30 days. Delivery: Immediately. | |
