Description 4410 Properties, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 4410 Ogeechee Road, a development consisting of a 7,260 sq.ft commercial strip plaza in the Chatham Parkway service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 3.18 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $12,243 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen, and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
