This contract is for ten medium-duty trucks with National Auto Fleet Group in care of Alan Jay Fleet Sales in the amount of $734,308.

Five (5) trucks with enclosed utility bodies will be utilized by the Water Distribution Unit and will be replacing units 5832, 8890, 8891, 6808, and 6809.

Three (3) trucks with the stake bodies will be utilized by Mobility Services Department and will be replacing units 9262, 9263, and 9264.

The two (2) trucks for Park & Tree and Lift Station Maintenance Departments will be fleet additions.

Per section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is a Sourcewell contract # 091521-NAF for Cars, Trucks, Vans, SUVs, Cab Chassis, & Other Vehicles. It was competitively bid by Sourcewell and it expires on November 08, 2025. Delivery: As Requested. Terms: Net 30 days. Vendor is:
