Description

This contract modification is for additional Scope of Work to replace the finishes in the 2nd floor Media Room. This room was to remain in its existing condition according to the approved design documents.

The scope of work for this room is as follows:

Replace the carpeting
Replace the window blinds
Remove the wallcovering, repair the plaster, and new paint
Repair/clean historic wainscotting
Add electrical for additional wall monitors
Add data boxes for additional wall monitors

The contract with C.E. Garbutt Construction Company was previously approved by City Council in the amount of $2,494,671.93. The total amount of this contract including this agreement modification will be $2,602,146.61.
