| Description This contract for janitorial and floor services from Klean-Pro Facility Services, LLC in an amount not to exceed $51,666. The janitorial services will be provided for three (3) Sanitation facilities: Sanitation Administration Office, Refuse Disposal office, and Sanitation headquarters.
The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. While six (6) proposals were received, only one (1) bidder was deemed responsive per the bidding specifications and requirements. The contract terms will expire on September 11, 2025, and include four (4) available renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 Days.
