Description The City received an annexation petition for two parcels with an aggregate of 7.21 acres located at the intersection of Fort Argyle Road (Ga State Route 204) and Middle Landing Road. The land under petition is contiguous to existing City territory, and therefore, can be annexed by ordinance adopted by City Council. As required by State law, the County and the Board of Education have been informed of receipt of this petition.
The property owner currently operates a self storage rental facility at the site. The owner desires to gain access to City provided utilities on in-city terms. The cost of providing water and sewer service will be fully covered by connection and service fees charged to benefiting parcels in the area. | |
