Description Recommend approval to authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Georgia Power for the installation of 16 Pedestrian-Scale Street Lighting along Cedar Street in the amount of $70,901.25. This will be used by the Public Works and Water Resources Department to install pedestrian-scale street lamps along the east side of Cedar Street, between DeLesseps Avenue and 52nd Street, as part of the Savannah Shines initiative. The lamps will illuminate the new sidewalk from the new park at Cedar Street and DeLesseps Avenue to the boundary of the Edgemere Neighborhood. These lights will provide a safe pedestrian corridor connecting these neighborhoods and parks. | |
