Description This is for an annual contract for Concrete & Asphalt Crushing Services with United Grounds Maintenance Services in an amount not to exceed $85,000. The Mobility Services Department will use these services to crush large stockpiles of concrete and asphalt pieces that have been removed during road and sidewalk repairs. The department can then recycle and reuse these materials for other projects throughout the City. Bids were advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term will expire on September 11, 2026. This contract will have four additional renewal options. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days. The bidders were: L.B. United Grounds Maintenance Services (Glennville, GA)(D) $85,125 2. Knepp Construction (Lake Butler, FL)(D) $130,000 A pre-proposal conference was conducted; however, no vendors attended. (D) indicates a non-local, non-DBE owned business. Recommend approval.
