Ballantry PMC 30 Adlers LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Upper East River, a development consisting of 30 Townhomes located in Eastern Wharf/Savannah River Landings in the President Street Treatment Plant service area and in Aldermanic District 2. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 30-equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer Connection fee totaling $175,500 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
