| Description On August 28, 2025, City Council approved the transmittal of the draft 2025 Capital Improvements Element (CIE) Annual Update for regional and State Review. The review received positive feedback and this resolution will allow the City to formally adopt the 2025 CIE Annual Update as required each year to comply with the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act and to maintain the City of Savannah’s qualified local government certification. | |
