| Description The Petitioner requests an amendment of the Zoning Map from Light Industrial (I-L) to Traditional Commercial-2 (TC-2) which would support commercial development compatible with the broader development pattern and planning objectives of the Urban Core Character Area. The request is contingent upon approval of a concurrent request to amend the FLUM to Traditional Commercial under File No. 26-004033-ZA. Only the rezoning of the subject parcels is under consideration. Variances to development standards of the requested zoning district cannot be considered until a decision is made for the rezoning by City Council.
