GT Developers of Savannah, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Fawcett Tract, a development consisting of 352 single-family homes located off Wild Hern Road in the Georgetown Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 6. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 352 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer Connection fee totaling $1,387,232 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
