Description

Lynes Parkway Center owns property in the City that was rezoned from heavy industrial to light industrial during NewZo. The owner of the property alleges that the rezoning was improper. The City disputes that contention. Rather than file a lawsuit at this time, the owner and City Attorney have agreed, subject to Council approval, to allow owner to seek a rezoning classification back to heavy industrial. This agreement helps facilitate that option.
