| Description Ogeechee Place GA LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Ogeechee Place Apartments at 4504 Ogeechee Road, a development consisting of a 204-unit apartment complex in the President Street service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 128.9 (water) and 121.33 (sewer) equivalent residential unit (ERU's) development. The water and sewer connection fee totaling $476,204.50 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
