| Description New Hampstead Ga, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for New Hampstead MF 5 Townhomes, a development consisting of a 326-unit townhome community in the Travis Field service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 232.8 (water) and 229 (sewer) equivalent residential unit (ERU's) development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $1,475,100 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each townhome goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
