| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to Deer Oaks EAP Services in the amount of $44,700.00. This item was continued from the meeting of October 12, 2017. City Council requested a list of the vendor's local providers, which is attached. The City’s EAP is open to the City of Savannah employees and eligible family members. The program is designed to help with personal issues, concerns, or needs related to employment, marriage, families, substance abuse, stress, grief, or other related matters that might adversely impact work performance, health, and well-being. The EAP will also include critical incident stress management and critical incident stress debriefing. A company that submitted a response to this RFP protested the award of this contract. The protest hearing was held on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. The protest was denied. This contract will run from October 26, 2017 through December 31, 2018. | |
