Description

Camden Crossing LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for the Camden Crossing Phase 3, a development consisting of 88 single family homes on Chalk Farm Way off Little Neck Road in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 88 equivalent residential units (ERUs) development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $563,200 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
