This contract is for the procurement of a multi-station play structure from GameTime c/o Dominica Recreation Products, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $75,049. The multi-station play structure will be located at 11011 Largo Drive and will be the City’s first playground unit located in the Wilshire Community. The equipment is part of the Recreation Reimagined initiative which is focused on creating and providing high-quality recreation facilities and experiences to Savannah residents. 

Per section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is a cooperative contract for Playground and Outdoor Fitness Equipment, Site Accessories, Surfacing, and Related Products and Services (GameTime c/o Dominica Recreation Products, Inc. contract #2017001134). It was competitively bid by Omnia Partners and expires on June 30, 2026.
