Description Approval of a Major Subdivision, Camden Crossing and Cottage Row, Phase 3. The subject property is the third phase of an established subdivision named Camden Crossing and Cottage Row, located off Little Neck Road in the New Hampstead East neighborhood. This proposed phase totals 19.09 acres and will comprise 88 single-family lots with varying lot sizes. Entrance to this subdivision will be from Little Neck Road.
