Staff issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify qualified providers of Environmental Service Supplies essential to terminal operations. In response, eight diverse proposals were received from a range of prospective vendors. Each submission was evaluated against key criteria, including the scope and quality of services, product specifications, pricing, and consideration for local vendor preference. All proposed items were thoroughly reviewed to ensure alignment with the detailed requirements outlined in the RFP, with a focus on securing the best value for the airport. The vendor selection process prioritized both compliance with specifications and overall cost-effectiveness. The contract was ultimately awarded to the supplier that not only met the RFP’s rigorous requirements but also provided the most competitive pricing and services. This process was designed to ensure operational efficiency while optimizing expenditures for the airport.
