​​​Authorize the City Manager to approve the purchase of (2) utility tractors and (1) tractor loader backhoe from Shea Tractor & Equipment c/o Kubota in the amount of $197,055.55. 
 
The (2) utility tractors will be utilized by the Park & Tree Department's Neighborhood Parks Maintenance Division to support routine park maintenance, grounds maintenance, landscaping, and other related operational activities. The Recreation & Leisure Services Department's Recreation Maintenance Division will use the tractor loader backhoe to support playground, ball field, drainage, grading, and general park maintenance activities. All three units are planned equipment replacements, identified in the FY26 Equipment Replacement Plan and will support continued reliable and efficient departmental operations. The competitive bidding process was not utilized. Per Section 2-4152 of the City's purchasing ordinance, the City is authorized to purchase goods or services through a cooperative contract, Sourcewell Contract #082923-KBA, which expires 10/11/2028. Delivery: As requested. Terms:  Net 30 days.
