38. Recommend Approval to Renew the Paychex Service Subscription for Two Years, in the Amount of $153,750.

Description

Paychex is a Human Capital Management solution used by Human Resources, Finance and Airport staff and allows airport staff to monitor, input, and edit employee time and attendance and paid time off (PTO) information. In addition, the Human Resources department uses Paychex to review and manage time and attendance, PTO, open enrollment, payroll deductions and the onboarding process of new hires. Finally, the Finance department uses Paychex to process payroll, W2’s and other tax services. Prices vary annually based on the Airport’s headcount, and a 3-5% rate increase is allowed per the existing contract. Staff recommends renewal of the existing agreement as was implemented and customized specifically to meet SAC needs and is operating efficiently. The request for renewal is for a period of up to two years and is subject to review annually.
