Diio is an international airline data tool used by the Marketing, Air Service Development, Operations and Finance Departments. Diio provides Marketing with airline seating and schedule forecasting, as well as passenger and market research data. The operations department uses Diio to access real-time flight activity and reporting that communicate daily, weekly and monthly operations data to airport staff and tenants for planning purposes. Finally, the Finance department uses Diio to process landing and unassigned gate usage fees. A 3% rate increase is allowed per the existing contract. This is a sole source item as Diio is the only solution that provides these functions in a single software platform, and we are renewing an existing software agreement. The request for renewal is for a period of up to two years and is subject to review annually.
