| Description Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 2 to Action Overhead Door & Supply (Rincon, GA)(D) for up to $25,000. The City of Savannah Fire Department utilizes the contract for overhead door maintenance and repair of overhead/bay doors at Fire Stations. The modification is necessary to continue quarterly inspections, preventative maintenance and emergency repairs due to aging overhead/bay doors. The method used for this procurement was a bid. The original contract was approved by the Purchasing Director on February 5, 2021 in the amount of $22,784. Contract Modification No. 1 in the amount of $2,216 was approved by the Purchasing Director on July 9, 2021. Contract modification No. 2 would raise the amount of the contract from $25,000 to $50,000. Recommend approval of Contract Modification No. 2 in the amount up to $25,000.
