This contract is to secure pay-by-mobile with Parkeon Inc. dba Flowbird for convenience fees which will be paid by the user.

The pay-by-mobile App can be utilized on the customer’s mobile device to pay for parking remotely via their cellular device. A convenience fee of $0.15 per transaction will be paid by the customer with no cost to the City.  The Parkeon/Flowbird App will allow the customer to access account history via a mobile device or computer, submit any parking issues related to payments, and access an overall How-To information section on the City’s website.

This is a sole source since Parkeon is the only provider of this software and is currently being used throughout the historic downtown.
