Recommend approval to award an annual contract for the grounds maintenance of Laurel Grove South Cemetery in the estimated amount of $55,443.00 to Venson Lawn and Landscapes. This amount is for the first term of the contract, which will expire on December 31, 2018. Subsequent contract terms will be in the amount of $46,501.00 based on the unit price received. These services will be used by the Department of Cemeteries to provide grounds maintenance services on a bi-weekly basis. Laurel Grove South Cemetery is located at 2101 Kollock Street in District 1.

The contract term will be from October 12, 2017 to December 31, 2018.

Approval
